Why appointment only? Exactly the same, but different...
Sarah and I decided that for us to go forward with Framing Gallery, especially in the current climate of distancing, seeing customers by appointment would be safer for everyone and easier for us whilst the children are at home.
No-obligation quote
We will give the exact same service as before with all quotes free and without obligation to buy whatsoever. We have never actively sold our work. We have always liked to offer the best scheme possible and then let the customer decide what suits. This will be exactly the same except now we will know that you are coming to see us and we can have time allocated to best serve you.
In the beginning we expect a few hiccups with people turning up without booking and we will try to accommodate them but not at the expense of people that have appointments.
3 Types of appointment.
If unsure book a longer appointment. It suits us to have time to spare rather than having to finish without a conclusion. For our part we will be framing in the time between customers as always.
The first type of appointment we have is for a 50 minute consultation with either Sarah or myself). These are for larger, more complicated pieces or for when you have multiple items to bring us.
The second type a 25 minute consultation and is for less complicated items or if you have been to us before and you “know the ropes”.
The third type of appointment is a 10 minute collection slot. Collections are always quick and the only reason that it takes longer sometimes is down to a good conversation with you. We are not expecting that to change as meeting people is one of the reasons we are in this profession.
With either appointment type there will be some who get everything done quickly and others that overrun. We will overrun when we are free but we will have to end and offer another time slot to finish off if we are booked.
If you made it this far then thank you for reading.
